Tasks & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Assist customers with order delivery tracking and follow-up
Understand customer needs and provide solutions with polite and professional phone manners
Support daily administrative tasks as required
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and warehouses to ensure smooth operations
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
Competent in computer skills and basic technology knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office applications required
A great team player, willing to collaborate across departments
Proactive, willing to learn and grow with the company
Experience in E-commerce industry is an advantage but not mandatory
Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) highly desirable
Valid work visa required for employment in Australia
