Job Description
Junior Team Members:
What You’ll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving up our famous Greek street food
* Keeping things clean and tidy (we’re big on hygiene!)
* Delivering friendly, fast and efficient customer service
* Learning the ropes of food safety and kitchen operations
* Handling cash and mastering the register
* Learning the drive thru service
* Working with a tight-knit crew to make each shift fun and productive
What We’re Looking For
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn – no experience needed for juniors
* Someone who can keep up in a fast-paced (but super fun) environment
* Strong communication skills – we love friendly faces!
* A keen eye for cleanliness and food safety
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and school holidays
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in fast food before – but not essential
Experienced Team Members
The Role
As an Experienced Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations — bringing your skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset to every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing and serving our signature Greek Yiros and street food
* Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
* Assisting with training and supporting junior staff
* Operating POS systems and handling cash
* Contributing to a positive team environment and helping achieve store goals
* Jumping in to help wherever needed — from prep to pack-up
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 6 months experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment
* Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting
* Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends and school holidays
Qualifications
* Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
* Working rights - passport, Birth Certificate and visa grant for international workers
* RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
