We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner – Employee Relations to provide expert, best‐practice industrial and employee relations advice and hands‐on support across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
* Lead implementation of Enterprise Agreements including planning, stakeholder engagement and payroll compliance validation
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial instruments, conduct, performance and employment matters
* Lead workplace investigations into serious misconduct ensuring procedural fairness and robust recommendations
* Design and deliver learning programs to build capability in industrial relations, investigations and performance management
* Prepare high‐quality reports, risk documentation and representation for Fair Work Commission and other tribunals
* Partner with stakeholders to support change management, policy development, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
What will you bring?
* Tertiary qualification in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, HR, Employment Law or related discipline
* Extensive experience in employee and industrial relations within medium to large organisations
* Proven success representing matters before Fair Work Commission and other tribunals, including enterprise bargaining
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including union relations, with excellent communication, influencing and problem‐solving capability
* Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems and work flexibly
* Demonstrated experience engaging with unions and supporting enterprise bargaining and agreement implementation
