Hired Labour is seeking a professional and organised Transport Administrator to join our team at the Blenners Transport Townsville Depot.
The successful applicant will have experience or be willing to learn in a high volume transport environment, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high workloads in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet drivers and receive load paperwork for debriefing and job entry
* Receiving and processing driver paperwork in an efficient and prompt manner including but not limited to;
o All timesheets are completed correctly prior to submission to payroll for driver payments
o Driver logbook pages and run sheets are received and correspond with timesheet
o Barcode POD's, Date, Check all are signed, Drivers Initials at the top of con note and all relevant backing is attached for scanning into road runner
* Scanning POD's and other documents for electronic filing
* Distribution of POD's to POD Coordinators where required
* Answering incoming telephone calls to ensure prompt and efficient distribution to team and management
* Provide daily administration support to Depot Manager as required
* Enter all freight jobs in a timely manner ensuring absolute accuracy in pricing, freight information and the recording of customer reference numbers at all times
* Manifest freight in a timely manner while ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed prior to departure
* Complete daily checks of Depot specific freight through unfinished, unmanifested, SPAs and unpriced jobs to ensure all freight is charged and completed in a timely manner
* Ensuring that all load documentation, temperatures and receiving destination is correct and complete prior to load departure;
* General administration duties
