With our rapidly expanding Dealer Network we are seeking a tenacious, driven and passionate Business relationship manager to join our team.

With a selling focus embracing the complete Top Gun Mobility portfolio you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the allocated targets and KPI’s. Sales delivery will be primarily driven through business development across new opportunities and the management of existing business.

You will drive and develop initiatives to maximize new opportunities and cultivate long lasting customer relationships. You will play a leading role in the successful sales growth to the market with new and existing customers.

Finally, and most importantly, your character, work ethic and values will help strengthen Top Gun Mobility and contribute to making it the leading provider of Mobility Products within your market and Australia.

Key Account Manager responsibilities

- Proactively identify new business opportunities in line with Top Gun Mobility's product offering.
- Achieving assigned sales and profitability goals.
- In close cooperation with the Sales Manager, lead the successful delivery of Top Gun Mobility products into the market.
- Identifying and working to penetrate new and key markets for our Business development Manager.
- Growing/maintaining existing customer relationships and sales
- Identifying and developing relationships with prospective accounts..
- Attending national/state conferences, which may involve evenings/weekends. Also one week every 2nd month traveling away on dealer visits throughout the state. You will also be responsible for Victoria and Tasmania accounts.
- Developing sales specific business plans to increase sales in real $’s and %.
- Generate and act upon leads.

What you bring to the table

- Industry experience. (Preferred but not essential)
- Innovative, creative, and resilient – willing to take risks.
- Ability to gain respect through credibility, reputation, and technical/business expertise.
- Ability to sell concepts and solutions in addition to products and services; must possess executive skills.
- Continuous learning orientation; keeps abreast of recent and emerging technologies and markets.
- Ability to train our dealers and their staff on our products and the sales benefits on our products over our competitors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-starter, action oriented, results oriented.
- Ability to travel depending upon geographic, business, or customer needs.
- Australian Driving License.
