The primary role of the Customer Advocate is to deliver exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized experiences for a diverse range of customers, with attention to detail ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers at a branch location.
* Identify suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
* Introduce self-service and digital banking options to customers, making banking simple, easy, and secure.
Requirements:
* A team player with a customer-centric approach and appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
* Ability to work 5 days per week with set hours, Monday through Friday.
