We are a locally owned and operated Hotel/Pub operating in regional Queensland. We host between each night. We regularly provide catering for corporate and private functions and have twenty hotel rooms.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Cert IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery
* Food Safety Certificate preferable
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Preparing delicious meals
* Following safety and hygiene guidelines
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Good communication skills
