**How will I Help?**
Customer Banking Services is part of Group Operations, providing support to a broad range of internal and external customers. The key objective is to provide a high standard of customer service and to offer a seamless end to end process for our customers banking needs.

The principal purpose of this role is to ensure that requests received from Business Partners and Customers are actioned promptly with enthusiasm, care and expectations exceeded.
As a Customer Banking Services Team Member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building strong relationships across other teams in Customer Banking Services and Westpac. You will share best practice, thoughts, ideas and feedback with others and work together to meet all challenges in delivering a great customer experience.

**What do I need?**
**Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Banking and Finance knowledge and experience would be preferable
- Understanding customer needs and delivery of superior customer service.
- High level of verbal and numerical comprehension.
- Problem solving skills.
- Highly computer literate and able to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
- Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities by being well organised and having strong time management skills.
- Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business
