The Role...
At Soho House, a bartender plays an essential part in delivering a premium beverage experience that is both memorable and personal. The bartender supports the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager, ensuring that the bar is fully operational, stocked and always presented to the highest standard. The main responsibility is to prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wines and spirits with precision and flair while creating a welcoming and sophisticated environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non‐alcoholic beverages
* Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar before, during and after service
* Assist with stock rotation, inventory and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings in collaboration with the bar team
* Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is completed to club standards
* Collaborate effectively with the floor team, kitchen and events department to ensure smooth and seamless service
* Handle member queries and feedback confidently, escalating any concerns to management as appropriate
Qualifications
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar capacity
* Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques and spirits
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, calm presence during busy services
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail
* Experience working with POS systems, stock control and basic reporting
* Team player with a flexible, professional and positive attitude
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Personal licence or willingness to obtain one (preferred)
