* Welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone
* Managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
* Providing administrative support across the business, including data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling
* Assisting with client follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting team initiatives and contributing to a positive office culture
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in reception or administration (finance industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
