Personal Carer – Community Aged Care: Spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one‑on‑one with clients and their loved ones within their homes supporting with activities – In‑home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing. Provide care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan and support with community‑based recreational and social activities, and transportation/shopping assistance.
Personal Carer – Residential Aged Care: Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility, providing care according to an individualised Care Plan and supporting with community‑based recreational and social activities.
