Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the Front Office operations, ensuring that all service standards are consistently met and exceeded. This includes maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times, while aligning with the Resort's vision and goals.
* Manage room inventory and sales to maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate and supervise guest arrivals and departures, providing exceptional customer service and handling any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
* Train and mentor department staff in conjunction with the Front Office Manager, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Deal with guest complaints and issues promptly, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
