An opportunity is available for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead a busy mechanical operation in Canberra. This is a hands-on role combining diesel mechanical work with team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise diesel mechanics and subcontractors
* Diagnose faults across heavy vehicles and plant
* Prioritise workloads and manage maintenance schedules
* Coordinate parts purchasing and suppliers
* Maintain accurate maintenance records
About You:
* Cert III in Automotive Diesel (or equivalent)
* HR licence (HC/MC desirable)
* 5+ years' experience with trucks and/or plant
* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Project Supervisor - Facilities Maintenance
Location: Fyshwick, ACT
Type: Full-time | 2 roles available
We are seeking two Project Supervisors to oversee facilities maintenance works and contractor delivery. You will manage scheduling, on-site supervision and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule maintenance and project works
* Supervise contractors on site
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Liaise with stakeholders and report on progress
About You:
* Trade qualification and/or facilities management experience
* Knowledge of building and construction
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Current driver's licence
* White Card and relevant safety tickets (or ability to obtain)
