The Role
We're after experienced plumbers who can run their own jobs. You'll work across our Residential Projects and Commercial Construction teams — varied work, real responsibility, no babysitting.
What You’ll Do
* Run your own jobs end to end — plan, execute, hand over
* Report up to Operations Manager
* Work from drawings, deliver to spec
* Complete ITPs and attend authority inspections
* Manage on-site variations
* Mentor apprentices and junior trades
* Operate plant and machinery where licensed
* Keep sites safe, clean, and compliant
About You
You're a qualified plumber who's been on the tools a while. You don't need to be told twice. You can run a job from start to finish, deal with customers and other trades, and keep the apprentices moving.
* Cert III in Plumbing & Drainage + QBCC Plumbing Licence
* Proven experience running your own jobs on commercial or residential projects
* Can work from drawings and specs without hand-holding
* Good with customers and other trades
* Current QLD driver's licence (manual preferred)
Preferred
* Cert III in Gas Fitting
* Cert IV in Plumbing & Drainage
* Excavator ticket or machinery tickets
* Quoting and job estimation experience
* Experience with job management software
* Exposure to ISO or quality management systems
