About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing Relief Coordinator to provide operational and professional nursing leadership for our Remote Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping clinical and corporate governance, coordinating service delivery, and managing human and material resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide contemporary operational and professional nursing leadership for the Remote Health Services.
* Shape clinical and corporate governance, and coordinate service delivery, human and material management.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with health care teams, stakeholders, and community leaders.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure safe, quality, effective, and efficient healthcare provision.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
* Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
* Be vaccinated or show evidence of immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
* Complete a period of probation may apply.
