We now have a Parts Interpreter position available at our Launceston, TAS branch on a Full-Time basis.
Your Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting customers at the trade sales counter as required.
* Accurately identifying the make, model, and specifications of motor vehicles and automotive equipment.
* Preparing and issuing customer invoices with attention to detail.
* Processing credit returns and warranty claims in line with company policy.
* Coordinating stock transfers and special order buy-ins efficiently.
* Supporting regular cyclic and annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom environment.
What you will Bring
* Previous experience in face-to-face sales and customer service with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
* General automotive knowledge (preferred).
* Extensive administrative experience in a service or customer relations role, demonstrating organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional approach.
* Proven ability to interpret customer needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
