Due to a growing portfolio, they are seeking a highly energetic and passionate Property Manager to oversee the well-managed portfolio. You will have the support of a Property Officer for administration and inspections.
Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio including;
* Repairs & maintenance
* Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
* New Business
* Arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Client and tenant liaison
* Maintain and develop client relationships
* Knowledge of tribunal proceedings
Ideal Candidate
* Real Estate experience is essential
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration
* You will have a passion for Real Estate and be results-driven
* You will hold a valid drivers license
* Have exceptional organisation and time management skills
* Have superb telephone, written & verbal communication skills
