Job Title: Learning Assistance Teacher Aide
Mueller College is seeking a dynamic individual to commence in Term 3 as a Learning Assistance Teacher Aide.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide academic support to students in a secondary setting.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing learning assistance to students in a classroom or small group setting.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of curriculum content and be able to adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing one-on-one and small group tuition to students
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
* Monitoring student progress and reporting back to teachers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Education or a related field
* Experience working with students in a secondary setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
