The Role
We're looking for an Industrial Key Account Manager to grow Xylem's presence in the mining and industrial markets across WA.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales plans with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve revenue and profit targets.
* Conduct regular visits to key customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions from Xylem's Water Infrastructure portfolio.
* Identify tender opportunities and future projects, building a strong industrial sales pipeline and promoting Xylem products and services.
* Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and deliver actionable reports and account plans to support business objectives.
* Work closely with the Sales team, participate in campaigns and events, and maintain accurate updates in Salesforce CRM.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the Municipal/ Utility sector.
* Tertiary qualifications in sales, engineering, or business are highly desirable.
* Strong negotiation and effective relationship building skills
