The Role
This is a hands‐on leadership position responsible for the full scope of site operations—from production targets and team performance through to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll lead a small crew, troubleshoot issues in real time, and work closely with management to push the site forward.

You're a trade‐qualified leader who brings both technical credibility and the ability to get the best out of a team—someone who understands production environments from the ground up, and that's exactly what this role calls for. You'll have proven supervisory experience within manufacturing, recycling, or a similar environment, along with hands‐on knowledge of production machinery, setup, and troubleshooting.
