At Ray White Macarthur Group we don't do slow. We operate with high energy and high standards. We are looking for a proactive Sales Campaign Specialist who loves being in the thick of it.
Responsibilities
* Front Desk Management: assisting walk‐in enquiries, handling property keys and related documentation.
* Providing switchboard assistance to the reception team, ensuring phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
* Supporting a senior administrator to manage sales property files while undergoing training, with an aim to manage your own sales files after an extended training period.
* Ensuring property file compliance.
* Liaising with solicitors and conveyancers for property‐related legal documentation.
* Preparing, creating and updating property marketing assets.
* Liaising with vendors, purchasers and tenants.
* Preparing and maintaining property files for settlement.
* Contract exchanges.
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless experience from start to finish for clients.
This role is Monday to Friday with no weekends required.
Qualifications
* Experience in a reception or administration role is highly desirable but not required.
* Will thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐energy team environment.
* Is resilient, self‐motivated and hungry for success.
* Possesses strong written and verbal skills.
* Is immaculate in presentation and well‐groomed.
* Can work within a team environment and autonomously.
* Has a high level of attention to detail.
