Full time position | 9-5:30pm | $75,000 + super

Our client is one of Australia's largest property groups that own and develop a portfolio of shopping centre's. An opportunity has arisen for a experienced Office / Administration Manager to work full time within the centre management office.
You will report directly into the Centre Manager, whilst working alongside a small team of property professionals. This role will require great attention to detail and the ability to work within a dynamic environment.
This will include:
- Manage all general office tasks and coordinate office related functions
- Responsible for maintaining tenancy schedules
- Taking minutes for meetings as required
- Documentation of handover / handback dates for tenant
- Review leases attending to queries internally and externally
- Retailer correspondence
- Maintain & coordinate schedules for repairs & maintenance
- Management of collecting arrears
- Collection of sales figures
- Liaise with Security, Cleaners and contractors and act where necessary
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 3 + years in a prior senior administration or office management role
- ability to multi - task and handle multiple and conflicting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, and experience communication with stakeholders
- Accounts and risk management experience, with high attention to detail
