About your Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to step into the Iteration Lead role for a 12-month parenting leave placement. You will manage the delivery of work through our delivery teams; setting expectations with stakeholders and projects on timelines and deliverables. The role works with cross-functional delviery teams to ensure quality outputs from delivery.
Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
Manage the delivery of work through the delivery cycle;from requirements gathering through development to production release.
Manage stakeholders and project managers expectations around delivery timelines, reporting on progress and calling out blockers or impediments.
Ensure dependencies across delivery teams and other business activitiesare understood and managed.
Report on the delivery team's velocity and release burn downs.
Work with development leads to enhance scrum practice and our delivery model to support high performing teams.
Facilitation of agile practices and ceremonies with the scrum teams.
Who we're looking for and what you'll bring:
Experience working with agile development methodologies, practices and principals.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex, dynamic environments.
Previous experience (5-10 years) working in a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager role within a high performing delivery team.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
Certified Scrum Master, CSPO or other equivalent qualification.
Tertiary level qualification (degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
