The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
Strategic Partnership Development
Lead DRP Acquisition & Retention: Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure new DRP contracts with key insurers (NRMA, Suncorp, Auto General).
Manage ongoing insurer relationships through performance reviews, SLA compliance (cycle time, CSI targets), and data-backed value demonstrations.
Expand Revenue Streams: Develop and execute strategies to target non-insurance clients (e.g., fleet operators, dealerships, retail customers).
Draft and negotiate service agreements with corporate clients (rental, logistics, dealerships).
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Analysis
Research & Trend Forecasting: Analyze market trends (EV/ADAS repair demand), competitor strategies, and consumer preferences using ABS-recommended methods (statistical data, CRM analytics).
Identify emerging industry gaps (e.g., EV certification needs, aluminum repair capabilities).
Risk Mitigation: Monitor regulatory shifts (NSW Motor Vehicle Repair Regulations), insurer policies, and technological disruptions (ADAS calibration standards).
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Omnichannel Campaign Development: Plan and execute B2B and B2C campaigns targeting insurers, fleets, and retail customers.
Manage end-to-end campaign production: copywriting, digital/social ads, events, and media placement.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track campaign ROI and customer acquisition costs using CRM/KPIs.
Advise leadership on pricing strategies, product mix (e.g., EV services), and distribution channels.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Strategic Networking: Cultivate relationships with insurance assessors, fleet managers, OEMs, and industry bodies (VACC, MTA).
Operational Integration
Workshop Capability Alignment: Advise management on technical investments (e.g., EV tooling) required to capture new markets.
Ensure marketing strategies align with workshop capacity and service quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Marketing or Manager of an auto repair company
Experience in Insurance Partnership & DRP Management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
Extremely detailed orientated with exceptional communication, proofing and reviewing skills

As a Field Marketing Specialist covering the APAC region and based in and around the Sydney or Melbourne areas, you will be responsible for managing the execution of Marketing activities across the APAC region, with an emphasis on the creation, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns and events to drive lead generation and acceleration of revenue growth across ANZ and Asia.
