The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for someone to join our Client Services Team in a dedicated IT support role. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same – from resolving technical issues remotely to providing onsite support for our regional clients.
If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a purpose-driven team – this could be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Provide frontline support as part of our IT Helpdesk team, assisting clients with a wide range of technical issues.
Deliver onsite support for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across local client sites.
Work closely with our Client Services Manager to schedule your day and align your tasks with client needs.
Collaborate with our broader technical team to grow your knowledge and contribute to shared outcomes.
Assist with proactive monitoring and maintenance of client systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption.
What You’ll Bring
We’re open-minded about your background – whether you’re experienced in IT support or looking to take the next step into a tech career, we’ll back you with training and support.
What will help you succeed:
Solid technical know-how – ideally in desktop support, networking, or Microsoft 365 environments.
A can-do attitude and a genuine interest in solving problems for clients.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence in your communication and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently while being a proactive part of a team.
The Essentials
Full driver’s licence.
Willingness to complete (or currently hold) a Working With Children Check.
Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
This is an onsite role – you’ll be based out of our Warrnambool office and visiting local client sites (no WFH available).
