The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) is one of the largest police forces in the western world, with more than 20,000 employees, including more than 4,000 administrative employees who support the sworn officers that provide a range of law and order services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the socially, geographically and culturally diverse community of NSW.

Role and responsibilities

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be part of our PoliceLink Command. The Customer Service Representative supports customer service delivery by responding to and processing urgent (including Triple Zero 000 calls) and non-urgent enquiries and contacts from customers to the NSW Police Force.

Fully describes as:

- Full time role works 8 x shifts per fortnight
- Part time role works 7 x 5hr shifts per fortnight
- This role is classified as a shift worker; shift penalties and allowances apply per the Crown Employees (NSW Police Force Administration Officer and Temporary Employees) Award terms

Successful candidates must :

- be committed to perform rotational shift work to cover 24 hours per day, 7 days per week;
- be prepared to undertake and successfully complete training in all PoliceLink business streams and Certificate III in Public Safety;
- provide a FULL Birth Certificate.

Both Full Time and Part Time applicants will be considered.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $75,728 to $82,329 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
