_We are seeking a _**_digital communications_**_ all-rounder with excellent technical skills to develop and deliver communications that lead to positive changes in our community and inform and engage our audiences. You will have proven experience in all facets of digital communications including but not limited to copywriting, editing, website management and in the use of social media channels/other social networking platforms._
**Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Plan, execute, deliver communication projects on time and develop content (copywriting, audio, video, and visual) for NRCH's websites, social media platforms, other digital outlets, e-newsletters, EDMs, and other organisational collateral as needed.
- Conduct reporting and analyse the effectiveness of media campaigns and digital presence.
- Liaise with service providers and suppliers including printers, producers, graphic designers, photographers, and translators.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by Manager
- Work collaboratively with and for the community and telling stories of community resilience to internal and external audiences, including donors and supporters of the NRCH.
**Key Selection Criteria**
Essential qualifications, attributes and skills include, but are not limited to:
- An all-rounder communications wiz with excellent technical skills and the ability to keep up to date with the latest trends and industry best practice.
- Strong copywriting, design, audio, video and editing skills, time-management, communication skills, creativity, competence with website CMS, updates, and maintenance.
- Solid experience in the use of professional social media channels and social networking platforms.
- Ability to plan, execute, deliver communication projects on time.
