The Role
We're hiring a Talent Resource to support our Talent team at AP+. We see this role as a casual position, working 2 days per week (or flexible hours across school hours). Perfect for return-to-work parents, or anyone wanting meaningful work with balance.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, jobboards and internal databases
- Conducting initial outreach (phone/email) to assess suitability and spark interest
- Supporting market mapping, identifying competitors and target talent pools
- Keeping our ATS up to date and candidate records clean and accurate
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future roles
Qualifications
- Up to 3 years' experience in a relevant industry or in a junior HR/Recruitment support role
- Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn and job boards
- Experience with market mapping and understanding where great talent is
- Confident using ATS platforms and keeping data sharp
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster
