This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Jade Clinic Chinese & Thai Massage Professionals, located in Perth, WA. The Assistant Manager will assist in daily operations, manage scheduling and appointments, oversee staff performance, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and ensure a high standard of service is maintained. Other responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting in marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience in staff supervision and management
* Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling tools
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a massage therapy or wellness environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Previous experience in a similar role or in the wellness/healthcare industry is a plus
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
