Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 IT Field Services support to all Berry Street sites as required for project work, scheduled maintenance, or as required as part of the service desk escalation process.
* Travel to all Berry Street sites as required.
* Provide support to Level 1 team members.
Requirements
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrated experience in providing technical application support across diverse environments.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise support and guidance via phone or email.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands in a high-paced environment.
* Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Skilled in handling highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
* Be willing to travel to all Berry Street sites Victoria wide as required.
