We are seeking an experienced
Completions Coordinator
to support system completion, commissioning, and project handover activities across multi-disciplinary projects.
Roster: 2/1 roster FIFO from Perth
Start: ASAP start
Hourly rate: $60 - $100 p/h + Super depending on experience
This is a unique opportunity to support system completion, commissioning, and project handover activities across multi-disciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate system completion and commissioning activities, including inspections, walkdowns, checksheets, and punch list close-out.
* Maintain engineering data, certificates, and system documentation within Completion Management Systems.
* Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Organise on-site support, logistics, and equipment procurement.
* Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years in a similar coordination or completions role, ideally within mining, resources, or major infrastructure projects.
* Experience with Completion Management Systems (CMS), Omega PIMS preferred.
* Strong Excel, database, and reporting skills.
* Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments.
* Technical/trade or engineering background is desirable but not essential.
