Overview
The Advertising Executive will be working on our AV team. Think of AV (Audio-Visual) as all the ads you see and hear - TV shows, streaming platforms, cinema screens, even radio. In this role, you'll help make sure ads appear in the right place at the right time (like booking a slot in the middle of someone's favourite show). You'll also look at how well campaigns perform, a bit like checking the scoreboard after a big match, so we can make the next one even better. The successful candidate will be tasked with helping manage the booking and delivery of audio-visual media campaigns across TV, Audio, Online video (VOD) and Cinema with the help and oversight of the wider AV Activation Team. Whilst this role is based out of OMG Newcastle is will be exclusively working into the London based team.
We're seeking a media‑savvy candidate with enthusiasm for AV channels, strong attention to detail, and excellent relationship‑building skills to support line managers with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting—primarily for NFUM and Lidl UK, with flexibility to support other clients as needed.
NFUM – Is a premium insurance company based in Stratford-upon-Avon, NFU Mutual prides itself on personable, hassle-free service. Their media investment is consistent throughout the year, supporting a wide range of products across their portfolio. Whilst primarily focused on TV and audio, we have also been working with them to leverage first-party data to optimise planning and implementation across digital broadcast channels, opening up new growth opportunities.

As a retailer, weekly sales are paramount, making trade-driving channels such as audio a pivotal part of their strategy. At the same time, Lidl has evolved its AV approach in line with consumer behaviour shifts, establishing a strong presence across nonlinear AV touchpoints such as BVOD, SVOD, and OLV — which are central to success on this agile
