The Payroll and Rostering Justice Officer is responsible for the coordination of rostered staff to ensure staffing levels are met daily. The role will contribute to the delivery of personnel and payroll services to HM Prison Dhurringile by preparation, maintenance and dissemination of the roster on a fortnightly basis. The Payroll and Rostering Justice Officer will maintain personnel and payroll records and provide statistical information on staff costing, personal leave, overtime and other relevant areas.
About You:
We are looking for someone with demonstrated payroll and rostering experience, who prides themselves on having an eye for detail and is able to work independently or in a team. Exceptional verbal and written communication and the confidence to connect well with a wide range of stakeholders.
