We are delighted to announce our partnership with Coopers Brewery in the search for their next Sales Support Coordinator. Coopers is Australia’s largest independent family-owned brewery. For six generations they have been custodians of a proud legacy that began in 1862 when Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of ale. Today, their unique brand of naturally conditioned ales and stouts are enjoyed around the world and they are still making these beers using the same traditional brewing methods that Thomas Cooper did. About the Role
Coopers Brewery are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join the national sales team, supporting the National Business Managers and ensuring the smooth running of account management processes. The role will be central to managing promotional submissions, pricing updates, slotting grids, and reporting templates, as well as preparing professional presentations and validating account claims. It will provide administrative support to the National Business Managersand act as a point of contact, helping to keep relationships and processes on track. Allowing you the chance to be involved in customer meetings, presentations & reports, this role is pivotal to the long-term success and growth of Coopers Brewery.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly high-level PowerPoint skills and solid Excel proficiency. Attention to detail is essential, especially when working with pricing, templates and promotional activity. You will be proactive, organised and comfortable handling detailed tasks with consistency and accuracy. If you are driven, take initiative and enjoy improving templates and processes, this role would be well suited to you. FMCG industry experience is an advantage, though not essential.
