About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
* Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving organisational growth and success.
* Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness, meeting business needs.
* Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, identifying areas for development and improvement.
* E nsure compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimising organisational risk.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
* Professional HR certification is advantageous, showcasing expertise and commitment to the field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role, providing a depth of knowledge and understanding.
* Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred, offering valuable industry insights and connections.
