Play a key role where you will be the first point of contact in delivering a premium customer experience as a Concierge Receptionist at our Artarmon site.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally welcome and assist customers upon arrival at the dealership
- Guide customers to the appropriate departments for servicing, repairs, or parts enquiries
- Safely collect and return customer vehicles for servicing in a friendly and timely manner
- Coordinate and manage visitor parking efficiently
- Work closely with Service Advisors to support vehicle pick-up schedules
- Provide customer drop-off and pick-up assistance as required
About you
You will have:
- A valid Australian or international driver's licence
- A friendly, customer-focused personality with excellent communication skills
- A high standard of personal presentation
- The ability to work outdoors when required
- Strong time management skills with a positive, can‐do attitude
