Responsibilities
- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
- Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using a variety of equipment and aids.
- Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
- Being part of a fun and dynamic team.
Requirements
- Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles)
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
