Provides overall operational and clinical support across a medium-sized residential aged care facility. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and the ongoing success and development of this service in a beautiful regional location within 30 minutes from Albury.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working collaboratively with your clinical lead, your main responsibilities will include delivering high-quality, person-centred care, maximizing revenue, and ensuring accreditation standards are met and maintained.
You will be an experienced, self-motivated, and proactive manager with a proven track record in operational roles, including achieving financial budgets, developing standards and procedures, and promoting team productivity through effective management and HR standards.
Main Duties:
Managing daily operations of the service
Maintaining occupancy levels through community engagement
Overseeing finance and HR management
Motivating, training, and developing team members
Ensuring compliance with accreditation and industry standards

Skills & Requirements:
AHPRA Registered Nurse with leadership experience
Up-to-date knowledge and experience achieving accreditation standards
Ability to identify and improve clinical risk areas and adhere to quality guidelines
