About The Role As Audit Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality audits that help Suncorp achieve its strategic objectives. You’ll assess control environments across Insurance and other portfolios, providing insights that drive risk management and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with professional standards and Suncorp methodology Analyse risks and controls to provide actionable recommendations that strengthen governance and operational resilience Collaborate with business leaders to maintain effective relationships and influence positive outcomes Mentor and coach team members, fostering capability growth and continuous improvement Contribute to the annual audit plan and drive initiatives that enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness What You’ll Bring Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal or external audit within financial services Strong knowledge of auditing principles, risk management, and IIA standards Ability to articulate audit findings clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience with data analytics and IT control testing desirable What You’ll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
