I am seeking a passionate and experienced Estimator for my commercial construction client. To deliver fitout Newbuild projects up to $30M. Duties & Responsibilities Preparing detailed BOQ’s and variations using CostX Summarising scope of works and tenders Working with the delivery team to prepare proposals Preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist review Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing Skills Required 3-5 years’ experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.
