Environmental Leadership Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that requires initiative, independence and the ability to balance operational responsibilities with strategic leadership. We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage all operational environmental compliance requirements, provide accurate commercially astute and timely advice on environmental issues, maintain environmental management systems to ISO 14001 standard, and provide environmental support and advice on various capex projects.

Requirements
To be effective in this role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in engineering, science or a relevant area. You will possess previous experience working with contaminated land and asbestos management, as well as experience in development and implementation of policy, procedures and management systems. Prior involvement in managing project consultants and dealing with regulatory agencies is essential.
