Strategic Alliance Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our merchant acquiring alliances in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps and integrated acquiring models with key partners based in Australia and New Zealand.
The role involves:
* Developing a coverage strategy for partners to drive scalable growth in merchants accepting American Express
* Business development through Amex merchant cross-sell across new products and channels
* Contract negotiation and commercial management
* Developing key relationships with internal stakeholders
* Management of the alliance contact strategy
* Implementation of marketing campaigns to drive merchant acceptance
* Monitoring and evaluation of partner acquisition processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships
* Negotiating and securing new business and contract management
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the Merchant Acquiring landscape
* Proven track record of overseeing project implementations
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
* Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
