Job Title: HR Reporting Analyst
The role of HR Reporting Analyst is pivotal in driving impact through HR data. As a key member of the team, you will own the HR data and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless flow of information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own monthly HR reporting including headcount, FTE, turnover, gender equity, and performance plans
2. Analyse and manipulate HR data from various HRIS systems
3. Maintain system feeds, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with external vendors where necessary
4. Support WGEA reporting, dashboards, and group-wide HR metrics
5. Assist with payroll data extraction and report design
6. Work across multiple HR platforms during business integration phases
7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret and explain insights
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in HR systems, reporting, or HR analytics
2. Strong Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, formulas, and visual formatting
3. Ability to build reports that are accurate, timely, and visually effective
4. Strong communication skills, able to explain data to Executives with confidence
5. Experience with HRIS systems (Aurion, Cornerstone, iCIMS, or similar)
6. Exposure to Power BI is ideal (not essential)
7. Someone who is detail-oriented, inquisitive, and confident working independently
8. Comfortable owning and delivering complex HR data sets
9. Thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and working across multiple systems
