We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with a background in Azure Platform Infrastructure Support.
Skills And Experiences
Technical skills:
Experience in Managed Services focusing on cloud support, including Azure platform and infrastructure, Identity Management, Azure Active Directory, Monitoring and auditing.
Experience across technologies such as Azure architecture and implementation, including Azure Active Directory, IaaS and PaaS solutions, Network, Storage, Security.
Support engineering background in IT infrastructure and cloud platforms with a client-focused approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to support creative and innovative solutions.
Continuous improvement mindset for clients' environments through evergreen practices.
Australian Citizenship is required, preferably with existing security clearance.
About You
You are experienced in IT infrastructure and cloud support with strong communication skills, capable of building stakeholder relationships.
You possess analytical skills and a proactive approach to environment improvement.
Must be an Australian Citizen willing to obtain security clearance, with existing clearance viewed favorably.
What You'll Do
Deliver Azure support for enterprise-scale solutions in public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments.
Work closely with customers to ensure a high-quality managed services experience.
