Job DescriptionPAY: $80-85/hour W2. This is initially a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension based on performance.W2 Candidates OnlyResponsibilitiesLead onboarding of data integrations across multiple brands and data partners.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to define functional requirements and operationalize data feeds.Prioritize integration timelines and identify resourcing needs in alignment with OC/CI&A leads.Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and deployment with Data Engineering and business stakeholders.Support development and implementation of analytical data layers within enterprise data platforms.Review data models, ensuring data governance and functional requirements are met.Plan projects, identify resource needs, and coordinate UAT and data gap resolutions.Manage daily production activities for live data providers, including file loads and scheduling.Oversee QC validation and issue resolution for monthly and weekly files.Maintain vendor communication to ensure timely resolution of data issues.Coordinate with technical teams for support, upgrades, and environment management.Support automation and process improvements for efficiency and reliability.Define test scenarios for new integrations and ongoing quality checks.Review validation results and escalate issues appropriately.Guide business analysts on data inquiries and issues.Assist in interpreting promotional and omnichannel data for analytics and performance measurement.Manage data processes for Marketing Mix Analysis and promotional exercises across brands.Facilitate project planning and cross-functional meetings for media data requirements.Support the development of dashboards in platforms like BI360.RequirementsStrong project management skills for planning, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.Experience with onboarding and managing external data feeds.Ability to work with data engineering teams on automation, ingestion, and platform upgrades.Proficiency in data validation, QC, and issue resolution.Effective communication skills with vendors and internal teams.Analytical skills to interpret complex data structures and translate business needs.Knowledge of promotional data sources and their role in marketing analytics.Familiarity with Python scripting for automation is a plus.Experience with CoDaP, BI360, and CRM/email platforms like IQVIA is preferred.About UsThe Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm serving over 80 Fortune 100-500 clients.
