Overview
Maven Dental Morley is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Hours: Tuesdays to Fridays, 7:45 to 17:15.
Responsibilities
* Assist clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
* Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
* Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
* Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
* Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
Qualifications
* Experienced DA with Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above.
* Must have both steri and reception experience.
* Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Exact or dental software systems is an asset.
* Must be flexible with days and be able to cover sick and holiday leave.
