We're looking for a (Full-Stack) Software Engineer to join our growing team and help design, build and scale modern digital products. You will have a strong focus on web and mobile development, across both front-end and back-end development.
As part of a small agile team, you will be collaborating closely with customers on customising existing software and developing new products. You will also play a role in product management and building software that is robust and customer‐centric.
What you'll be doing
* Designing, building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications.
* Developing and maintaining backend services focusing on performance, reliability and security.
* Collaborating with customers to deliver new features end to end.
* Contributing to architecture discussions and technical decision‐making.
* Supporting CI/CD practices, testing and code quality standards.
* Opportunities to become involved in projects involving other business platforms including Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric and Copilot Agents.
Essential skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Strong commercial experience with JavaScript/React Native
* Commercial experience building and maintaining services in Go (Golang)
* Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles (APIs, version control, testing, security)
* Experience working in agile, customer‐led teams
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* 3+ years of experience
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift
* Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
* Exposure to Next.js
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
* Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
