About the role
As a Carer at RSL LifeCare you will provide compassionate, person‐centered care to veterans and seniors in our residential care homes. You will work closely with residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure each individual's unique needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care.
- Provide timely and effective care in accordance with resident care plans.
- Encourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting preferred activities.
- Embody a person‐centered approach, recognising and promoting individual goals and preferences.
- Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Build strong, productive relationships with the care team to achieve positive outcomes.

About you
- Compassion, empathy and a supportive attitude toward residents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with other staff.
- Efficient use of technology within caregiving roles.
- Qualifications in individual support or related experience (beneficial).
- Australian working rights.
Requirements
Valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clearance is mandatory and must be verified before commencing employment.

Pay rate: $36.49 per hour plus travel expenses.
