Job Title: Integrated Solutions CE Specialist
About the Role:
The role will provide advanced technical support for our Customer Engagement (CE) platform and contribute to the enhancement of integrated enterprise applications including finance, HR, learning management, procurement, and reporting systems.
The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert on our custom implementation and school processes, serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, and support development activities through user story creation, validation, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate user requirements into clear and concise user stories
* Perform regression testing for CE and F&O environments
* Conduct training sessions on new system features for diverse user groups
* Update and maintain support documentation

Requirements:
* Support for the Catholic ethos in the performance of duties
* Experience in performing regression testing for CE and F&O environments
* Capacity to conduct training sessions on new system features for diverse user groups
* Ability to assist with onboarding processes for new schools and staff
* Strong skills in resolving support requests within designated timeframes
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with or supporting education organisations
* Current Microsoft Certifications
