We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-notch sales, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, excel in customer interactions, and demonstrate a willingness to work diligently as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing onsite sales, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty support for clients
* Working effectively with Windows server, MS Exchange / Active Directory / Networking, VMware, Windows 11, Microsoft Office ****, Office 365 and Azure / Intune, VoIP & PABX Systems, and networking VLAN/routing
* Diagnosing errors and replacing hardware, setting up printers and scanners
Requirements:
* Experience in the IT industry, including experience with desktop support and networking
* Superior customer relations skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Valid driver's license, a current Australian driver's licence is required
